North American customers: Royal Mail and USPS

We ship with Royal Mail which is then transferred to USPS for delivery. Please track on the Royal Mail website first. When the costume reaches the USA, tracking information will show on the USPS website. It will not show tracking information on the USPS website until it reaches the Unites States.

Transit times: Approx 5 - 8 business days.

United Kingdom customers: Royal Mail

We aim to use either 24 or 48 hour tracked service with signature if available.

EU customers: Royal Mail + National Carrier

We use Royal Mail which is then be transferred to your country's national postal service.

Transit times: Approx 5 - 10 business days.

Australian customers: DHL Express

We use DHL Express for reliability.

Transit times: Approx 5 - 10 business days

EMERGENCY SHIPPING: If you need your costume urgently we can use express international couriers. Please contact us for rates and further information.

Once you have placed your order online, please allow up to three business days for us to process/dispatch your order and send tracking information.

 You can check the delivery status of your parcel by looking for your shipment confirmation email which will have tracking details.

In case of missed delivery or incorrect address, please contact the shipping provider directly before contacting us and quote your tracking number.
